There’s no charge for an introductory 10 to 15 minute conversation, usually by phone. It’s an opportunity to get to know one another and determine whether, a) we can work together and, b) mindfulness coaching is what you need at this time. If we both want to move forward, I’ll give you an estimate.
The process usually consists of an hour-long meeting every two weeks over a three to four month period, subject to modification as we (client and coach) see fit.
Full payment is required for any cancellation less than 24 hours before appointment.
